The right video for the movement, and the documentation that comes with it.
SubmissionSensAI Inc builds AI-driven video annotation pipelines. Describe a movement in plain language and the pipeline returns the specific, correctly labelled clip that teaches it, drawn from a curated library rather than generated from nothing.
We proved the approach on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, where the SubmissionSensAI app answers a technique question with the clip that actually shows the technique. We are now applying it where the same problem carries clinical weight.
The pipeline
Text in, the right video out. The work is in the annotation. A library is only as useful as the labels that let you retrieve one clip out of thousands.
Curated, labelled libraries
Movement libraries are filmed and annotated against a controlled vocabulary, so every clip carries the metadata needed to retrieve it later. Annotation is tooled and reviewed, not crowdsourced.
Language to clip
A question, a dictated instruction, or a written protocol is matched against that library by meaning rather than by keyword, and returns the clips that fit.
Assembled and sent
Retrieved clips are assembled into a program the patient can follow, and delivered to their phone as a link that needs no app, no account, and no password.
What we are building for clinics
A next-generation home exercise program (HEP) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) automation platform for physical therapy and chiropractic practices.
The program, described out loud
A clinician describes the program the way they would to the patient. The platform returns a structured home exercise program with the correct clip for each movement, ready for review before anything is sent.
RTM records as a by-product
Remote therapeutic monitoring depends on documentation: consent, interaction days, monitored minutes, and thresholds per billing code. The platform records those as the work happens rather than as a separate chore at month end.
The clinician stays in control
Every automated step keeps a manual override. Nothing reaches a patient that a clinician has not approved, and the platform assigns no clinical value that a licensed provider has not set.
| Code | Requirement | Threshold | Tracked |
|---|---|---|---|
| 98975 | Initial set-up and patient education | Once per episode | Recorded |
| 98977 | Device supply with monitoring days | 16 of 30 days | Recorded |
| 98980 | Treatment management, first 20 minutes | 20 minutes | Recorded |
