Mobile Messaging Terms

1Program description

SubmissionSensAI Inc demonstrates its home exercise program and remote therapeutic monitoring platform to physical therapy and chiropractic clinics. At the end of a demonstration, the person evaluating the software may ask us to text them the sample home-exercise program so they can see it on their own phone as a patient would.

If they ask, we send one message containing a link to that sample. The sample is built from fictional data and is explicitly not a care plan. This is the only message this program sends.

2How you opt in

Consent is express, verbal, given by you in person, one number at a time. Before we take your number we tell you who is sending, what the message contains, that it is a single message, that message and data rates may apply, that you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and where to find these terms and our Privacy Policy. We send only if you say yes.

We never add numbers to a list, buy or rent them, or text a number obtained in any other way, whether from a business card, a web form, a lead list, or a third party.

3Message frequency

One message per request. This program sends no recurring, scheduled, or follow-up messages. If you ask for a sample again on another occasion, that is a new request, a new consent, and one new message.

4Sample message

Sample home program for [clinic name] — a SubmissionSensAI demo, not a real care plan. [link] Reply STOP to opt out.

5Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

6Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You do not need to give a reason, and it takes effect immediately. Because this program sends a single message per request, opting out also means we will not send a sample to that number again unless you ask us to and consent again.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email submissionsensai@gmail.com. We answer messaging questions at that address.

8Carriers and delivery

Delivery depends on your carrier and your device. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

9Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is disclosed only to the telecommunications provider delivering the message, and only for that delivery. We do not retain it after sending. The full description is in our Privacy Policy.

10Eligibility

This program is intended for professionals evaluating clinic software. You must be 18 or older and the authorised user or subscriber of the number you give us.

11Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above will say when that was.
